Unopened item(s) purchased from Healthinvitamins.com within thirty (30) days of the date you received your order may be returned. You will be issued a full refund for the item(s) in the original form of payment. After we process your return, it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your credit card, depending on your financial institution.
Merchandise that is damaged in shipment may be returned for a full refund or replacement. Please contact Healthinvitmins.com by email at firstname.lastname@example.org with a photo(s) of the damage within 48 hours of item(s) receipt. Or please feel free to contact us at 973-467-0525. All messages will be returned by the end of the next business day.
If we are unable to process an exchange or replacement, a refund will be issued. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All unopened items to be returned, must be carefully packaged.
Once your return has been received, a refund will be issued within 1-3 business days in the original form of payment, and an email confirmation will be sent.
Lost or Stolen packages:
From time to time this may happen. We ship all packages via USPS Priority Mail with a tracking number. If after 14 days your package tracking shows that it has not been scanned as delivered, we will issue you a refund and we will file a claim with USPS. If a package is stolen after delivery is made and the tracking scan shows delivered, we will not issue you a refund.
